1 General
All our prices are in EURO and all payments must be done in EURO. Our prices include VAT but don’t include delivery costs. By approving these terms and conditions and confirming your order, we have a binding agreement.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
2 Shipping policy
For our shipping we work with DPD worldwide. Packages are always trackable and one track nr is used.
With "DPD PREDICT" you can select the delivery time/day or location in case you are not able to receive the goods at your initial order/delivery address, every time you order a piece and it's shipped you will be notified by text message or mail and from that moment you can change it.
Outside EU clients must be aware of the fact that DPD couriers collect the import tax on delivery, called COD.
3. Shipping costs
We use real time DPD rates based on weight and destination. Please take note that orders placed on Friday after 12h, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday. To calculate your shipping cost, just add your product and your address details in the shopping cart; and then you will be informed about the shipping cost.
4. Returns Policy
Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received , you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund , which will not include the cost of shipping.
We are not able to refund articles that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Products have to be unworn, undamaged, undororable and without stains. Or any condition which would prevent them from being sold as new.
Ship your return in original packaging, unworn, in same condition as it arrived with our hangtags attached (all goods are checked before shipping) and a copy of the order to:

When goods arrive in our warehouse and clearance costs or import taxes are charged, packages are refused and are returned to sender. SO please take care for this very carfull as the return limit might be exceeded when goods go back and return again to us.

5.Applicable laws
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Belgium in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website , or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
